We may refuse to authorise a Card Purchase at any time if there are insufficient funds on the Card. 7.2 A Participating Retailer may not be able to obtain authorisation from us in some circumstances (for example, if there is a problem with the phone line between the Participating Retailer’s premises and our authorisation centre).
