Don’t worry, as long as you’ve registered your card on our website, you’re covered! Please log into your account and click on the ‘lost or stolen’ button under the card you wish to report as lost, faulty or stolen. Once you’ve done this, the funds on the card will be void and unusable. We offer two replacement card options:
The remaining balance you had left on the card when you reported will be applied to your replacement. When you pick up a Student Parent card in store, or order one online, you’ll get two cards - one for you and one for your child.
