Refunds are only available on Asda gift cards which have been bought online at asdagiftcards.com and must be claimed within the time period set by the Consumer Contract Regulations.
Your right to cancel an online card order starts when you place your order and ends 14 days from the date you receive the Asda gift card.
We will not be able to refund you if any of the balance has been used on the card. If you ordered a physical gift card, we will not be able to refund you for the cost of delivery.
Refunds are not available for unwanted 3rd party gift cards. All of our 3rd party gift cards are held to the terms and conditions of the partner, which you can find on the card’s product page.
If you haven’t received your gift card or eGift, please get in touch with our customer service team and we will sort this out as soon as possible.
